Most orders arrive in 8 to 15 business days. If you are interested in more expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate that on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us at genius@botlabs.us at the time of your order.

Returns

We are committed to quality. If you receive a bad print or a defective shirt, such as holes, ripped seams, or similar issues, please contact us within 30 days. For any unworn item, let us know the order number and the issue, and we’ll reprint the item at no cost to you or issue a refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate returns for reasons other than defect.

First-Time Fit Guarantee

If your shirt doesn’t fit the way you expected, we’ll print one replacement tee in a different size at no charge. You just cover the $7.95 shipping. This first-time fit exchange is available once per customer on their first order.
